ACCRUALS is a non-profit oriented publication journal. However, author will be charged for publication :

- Article Submission Fees Rp 0,- 
- Processing fees until the article is published Rp. 0,-
- Costs for OJS Maintenance , DOI, journal administration, etc Rp. 750.000,-
