This study examines the relationship between Lean Manufacturing Practices (LMP) and employee job satisfaction in reducing waste in manufacturing companies. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through questionnaires from 32 employees and managers in Subang, Indonesia. The results indicate that LMP implementation, particularly 5S and machine maintenance, is well-executed, but employee participation in continuous improvement programs like Kaizen needs enhancement. Job satisfaction varied, with training and facilities rated positively, while recognition and workplace safety required improvement. Regression analysis showed the overall model was significant, but individual variables (LMP and job satisfaction) did not significantly impact waste reduction. The study suggests strengthening participatory culture and reward systems to optimize Lean Manufacturing outcomes.
