Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational motivation on future career perceptions of STIE Sutaatmadja Subang students. The background of this study is based on the importance of human resource development through active involvement in student organizations as capital for forming attitudes, skills, and motivations that support career readiness. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method on active students who have organizational experience. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple regression to test the causal relationship between organizational motivation variables and future career perceptions. The results of the study are expected to provide theoretical contributions in the development of organizational behavior and career science, as well as practical benefits for universities in designing student organizational motivation development programs. This study also provides students with an understanding of the importance of organizational motivation as the main capital in building a successful career perception in the future.
