This study aims to analyze the influence of academic stress and social support on the psychological well-being of university students in Subang Regency. Academic stress, arising from high demands and insufficient social support, is a crucial issue affecting students' psychological health. This research employed a quantitative approach with a survey method, involving 58 active university student respondents in Subang Regency. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression after undergoing validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests (normality, linearity, multicollinearity). The results indicate that academic stress, partially, does not have a significant influence on students' psychological well-being (significance value 0.880 > 0.05). However, social support has a positive and significant influence on psychological well-being (significance value 0.000 < 0.05). Simultaneously, academic stress and social support significantly influence students' psychological well-being (significance value 0.000 < 0.05), contributing 44.3% (Adjusted R Square 0.443). These findings suggest that although academic stress is not directly significant, social support plays a crucial role as a protective factor that enhances students' resilience and psychological well-being.
